Wic Candle Co. Affiliate Program Terms of Service
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the affiliate program, you must be an influencer based in Australia who creates video content (e.g., Instagram reels) and who has been approved by our team to participate in the program.
- Promotion Requirements: As an affiliate, you must create and post video content promoting our subscription boxes on your social media channels. You agree to create content in a professional manner, and in accordance with any guidelines provided by our team. The content must be created in a video format, such as Instagram reels.
- Content Rights: By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display any content you create in connection with the affiliate program. This license allows us to use your content for marketing and promotional purposes in any media, including on our website and social media channels.
- Commission: You will receive a commission of $15 for every sale you refer to us that results in the purchase of a seasonal box including a Single Seasonal Box, 3-Monthly Subscription Box and Yearly Subscription Box. You will be paid on a monthly basis via PayPal or another agreed-upon payment method. You will also be provided with a unique coupon code for your followers to receive $10 off their first subscription box purchase.
- Compliance: As an affiliate, you are responsible for ensuring that your participation in the affiliate program complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to refrain from engaging in any activities that could harm our reputation or business.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time and for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these terms of service. In the event of termination, any commissions earned but not yet paid will be forfeited.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time, in our sole discretion. Your continued participation in the affiliate program following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
- Governing Law: These terms of service are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

By participating in our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of service.
