What is a Seasonal Box?

A complete experience in a box that lands on your doorstep every 3 months. Our candle boxes are themed with a different destination each season which you will travel to through our candle fragrances, self-care products and edible treats.

Our carefully curated scents and products will take you to different places through the alluring smells, feels and flavours that you would generally experience in the region, in that particular season, allowing you to be in the moment without leaving your home.

How do I update my information (eg.shipping address, payment details)?

Simply login to your customer account through our website to make changes to your information. For special requirements feel free to contact us.

When will I be charged for the subscription?

Payments are taken immediately for initial subscription purchases as well as other store products. For seasonal subscriptions your renewal payments will be at least a week before your next box is due to be posted. All product pages indicate the next renewal date.

When does my subscription get shipped?

The seasonal box is shipped at the beginning of every season.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! While we will be sad to see you go, simply contact us to cancel a subscription or manage your subscription through My Account.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Australia. Contact us for international enquiries.
